We do this first thing to wake up and anytime I feel out of balance or needing an energy boost.

It’s so simple to use essential oils for a super quick breather and energy boost. Let’s do this together now.

First, grab a drop of peppermint essential oil. Simply let a drop land in the palm of your hand and rub your hand together to disperse the incredible aroma. Next, avoid direct contact with your eyes and breathe in deeply from your hands.

Feel how your airways are opened up, your mind is brought into the present moment and able to focus. Try to breathe deeply from the single drop of peppermint for 30 seconds. It usually only need less than 5 second to take effect and most can’t manage any longer as it’s so potent. Rub the excess into any tight muscle or to support head discomfort.

Lastly (don’t miss out on this lovely last step) rub your middle finger over the residual oil on your palms for the mouth watering and refreshing taste of pure peppermint.

Isn’t it delicious? Imagine this in hot chocolate or your next batch of brownies, right?! Ummmmm…
